Sauce:
- Sour cream / Smetana / Schmacht / Greek yogurt
- Grated garlic
- Some siracha
- Salt & Pepper
- If you think that a spice will work well here, it will work well here.
- Soy sauce
Toppings:
Veggie option:
- Red/White Onions
- Grated cheese
- Green onions
- Sweet peppers
- Chopped jalapenos
Non-veggie option:

NOTE: you can mix/match most toppings here. Nothing here is a Must, nothing here can't work well together either.
Prep:
Base
- Mix all base ingredients in single bowl
- Split into appropriate amount of pieces
- let rest for 15 minutes or more
Sauce
- Crush the onions
- Add in the smetana
- Add in the siracha
- Add in spices
- Add in a splash of soy sauce, be light on it, it's supposed to be a subtle addition.

Toppings
- Use common sense, chop em up into appropriate sizes and you're good
Base prep process
- Use rolling pin to roll dough into flat sheet
- Lay on to baking sheet
- Add a thick layer of sauce, be generous
- Add toppings
Cooking
- Cook at your oven's highest possible temperature
- At the lowest possible rack
- Cook until crispy-looking or for about 4-5 minutes.
