Ingredients:
Dry:
- 270g flour
- 50g sugar
- 1tbsp baking powder
- half teaspoon of salt
Wet:
- 240g milk
- 2x eggs
- 113g melted butter
- 2tsp vanilla extract
Prep:
Turn on the waffle iron, it will heat up while prepping the rest of the recipe.

In one bowl, Combine all dry ingredients

In another, Combine all wet ingredients Make sure that milk and eggs are room temp to not solidify butter

Combine wet and dry by pouring the wet over the dry while mixing together. Mix until no clumps remain and mixture is homogenous.

Cook in a waffle iron. The first batch will cook the quickest, subsequent batches will be slower. A good indicator of when the waffle is done is when you stop seeing steam come out of the waffle iron. Remember to wipe away excess moisture from the iron, as it accumulates and is able to enter into the circuits of the iron.
